Your Epson printer will be inspected in the order that it was received. If the description of the printer you provided is accurate, we will mail you a check within 48 business hours. If we find that the condition of the Epson printer is not as you described, we will contact you within 48 hours to modify or rescind our offer and explain the reason for doing so. If we do not reach an agreement, we will immediately return your Epson printer at our expense, fully insured.

How can I cancel my transaction?

You can email us to cancel. No fee will be charged unless we have to ship your item back.

Where is my referral payment?

You can expect to be paid within two business days.

How does your referral program work?

We will give $10 per referral. Simply tell us the seller’s name, and we will check our system to confirm.

Do you offer extra money if my item has a warranty or extended warranty?

No, we do not.

Will Printers-Jack pay me for any extra accessories I send?

No, we will not pay extra for accessories.

What accessories do I need to send with my Epson printer?

No accessories are required to get the full payment.

Can I still sell my Epson printer if I don’t have all accessories?

Yes. Accessories are not required.

What if I have mailed my item to you, but I forgot to include an accessory?

Accessories are not required to ship to us. You will still receive the full amount.

Do I need to remove the ink cartridges from my Epson printer?

No, you do not have to remove cartridges. However, if the freight company requests it, then you can remove it.

I did not include my packing slip in the box.

It’s OK; we will still accept it without the packing slip in the box.

Is the shipping label insured against loss or damage?

Yes, it’s insured in most cases. However, please do not use a drop box. We cannot insure a package if the printer is not handed to FedEx or USPS employees. Pack your box carefully – we encourage you to take pictures of the printer for your own record.

Where is the prepaid shipping label you promised?

We will email you a prepaid label within two business days after you accept our offer. Please check your spam email if you don’t hear from us within 48 hours.

What happens once I have sent in my item?

You can track the printer online using the tracking number. We will inspect the printer within two business days of its arrival.

Is there a limit on the numbers of items I can sell to you at once?

Printers-Jack is set up for individuals who want to sell no more than five printers. If you have more than five, you can contact us via email for a more specific arrangement. We would still love to buy from you.

What happens to all the Epson printers that Printers-Jack buys?

Printers-Jack believes in reusing all Epson printers first and recycling them if they have no additional value. The idea is to keep these great printers in use as long as possible, extend their lives and prevent e-waste. Some of the printers are sold to wholesale partners, and they re-sell them via their own network. Some of the printers are at the end of their lives and are sent to our domestic recycling partners.

I can’t find my Epson printer model on your list, what should I do?

You can email us your printer model along with pictures. We will let you know if we can accept it or not.

What happens if you disagree with the condition or model I selected for my Epson printer?

We will return your printer immediately, insured and with tracking.

Does Printers-Jack accept broken or damaged printers?

Yes. We will repair your Epson printer if possible so other users can enjoy it.

How do I check for damage on my Epson printer?

You should do a test print and send us the printing result. If test printing cannot be performed, you can mark your printer as “broken.”

How do I determine the condition of my Epson printer?

You should describe your printer as used, broken, missing major parts, clogged or other. If your printer has another condition that is not listed, choose “other” and notify us via email.

How is the value of the printer calculated?

Value is calculated by its condition and model.
